Waitlist privacy notice

This notice explains how Mynotech ("we") handles the information you give us when you join the Tabled waitlist. Tabled is a product of Mynotech, based in Lagos, Nigeria.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Your WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it.
- How you plan to use Tabled, roughly how many meetings you hold each week, and what you would expect to pay, if you tell us.
Why we use it
- To contact you about early access, the pilot, and launch pricing for Tabled.
- To understand who needs Tabled, so we can decide who to invite first.
We use your information because you consented when you joined the waitlist. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Waitlist sign-ups are stored in a private Google Sheet in our Google account. Google may store this data outside Nigeria. Only authorised Mynotech staff can access it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after Tabled launches.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
