Questions, answered.
Is it okay to record meetings?
Only with consent. Tabled is designed to be visible: it shows a light while recording and prompts you to ask the room first. If anyone objects, don't record. Recording laws differ by country, so check what applies where you are.
Do I need my phone in the meeting?
No. The card records on its own and syncs with the Tabled app afterwards.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhone and Android, through the Tabled app.
What happens to my recordings?
Audio is processed to create your transcript and minutes, then deleted from our servers. Your minutes stay in your account until you delete them.
Which languages does it support?
We are starting with English, including the accents, names and terms of real workplaces. More languages and mixed-language meetings are on our roadmap; founding members will help us test them.
When can I get one?
We are running a small pilot first, starting in Lagos. Waitlist members are invited in order, starting with founding members.
